IN THE STATE OF NEVADA NOTARIES ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO CHARGE UP TO THE STATE'S MAXIMUM FEE

If the person requesting the notarial act cancels the request after the Notary Public begins his or her travel to perform the requested notarial act, the Notary Public has the right to charge the fee of travel agreed upon. NRS 240.100 4(a)

MOBILE FEES

  • ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: $15 For the first signature per signer, $7.50 per additional signatures.

  • OATH OR AFFIRMATION: $7.50 Per individual (Without signature)

  • JURATS: $15 Each (Includes Oath or Affirmation and signature)

  • CERTIFIED COPIES: $7.50 Each

  • TRAVEL BETWEEN 6 AM - 7 PM: $15 Per Hour ( 2-Hour Minimum)

  • TRAVEL BETWEEN 7 PM - 6 AM: $30 Per Hour (2-Hour minimum)

REMOTE FEES

  • ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: $25 Each

  • OATH OR AFFIRMATION: $25 (Without signature)

  • JURATS: $25 (Includes Oath or Affirmation and signature)

  • TRAVEL BETWEEN 6 AM - 7 PM: $10 Per hour ( 2-Hour minimum)

  • TRAVEL BETWEEN 7 PM - 6 AM: $25 Per Hour (2-Hour minimum)

How to Prepare for Your Remote Notarization Appointment

1. Book Your Time Slot

2. Receive Confirmation & Secure Link

Your documents will be uploaded to a secure platform. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to access your virtual session.

3. Prepare for Your Appointment

Log in 5–10 minutes early to complete identity verification:

• Answer brief security questions

• Upload clear front and back images of your government-issued ID

4. Meet Kristin Virtually

You’ll be connected via secure video to complete the notarization. Kristin will guide you through each step with clarity and care.

5. Submit Payment

Payment is collected during the session via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. ($25 per notarized signature)

6. Receive Your Notarized Documents

Once payment is confirmed, your notarized documents will be emailed to you promptly.
